Organizations and HR teams can offer the Life Plan to employees and maintain regular follow-up throughout the year. Each person works on their direction, priorities, and next steps; the organization creates the time and context for that development to continue.
Privacy by design
The person remains the owner of their map.
The Life Map, Backpack, answers, and individual conversations belong to the person. Anything shared with the organization is limited to what was agreed in advance, either in aggregate form or with the person's explicit consent.

Measured, not announced.
Dozens of WEPACkers already follow curricular plans designed by WEPAC. The journeys we can share publicly include three medal-winning athletes — Álvaro Luís, André Vítor, and Alex Florindo — and Jotta Pê, a musician with published work.
The results belong to them. WEPAC does not claim authorship of a medal or a body of work. Our role is to provide direction, structure, and continuity to the work each WEPACker takes ownership of.
A Pack is a community
Belonging means building together.
A Pack begins when a group of people recognizes that they belong, notices one another's absence, and takes responsibility for a shared good. It has people responsible for it, a calendar, gatherings, and shared work.
Each Pack takes shape at the pace of its people and the real capacity to sustain it. Community lives through presence, responsibility, care, and service.
